The people of Grande Cache believe that rural connectivity is a community strength, that’s why they put their initial grant in 2021 toward the creation of community newspaper – The Grande Cache Community Mountain Voice. The community newspaper bolsters awareness of community mental health and well-being, as well as community mobilization. With this continuation of funding, they will advance the work they are already doing through that newspaper to promote community connection through collaboration and storytelling.
