Building off a New Horizon’s federal grant to support health and wellness for seniors, this project will enhance and expand the design of the park to welcome all members of the community, incorporating programming for all ages. The Town of Sylvan Lake provided the land for the Health & Wellness Park, with the Parks Department responsible for the ongoing maintenance. Activities and programming will include culturally diverse programs to support mental wellness in an inclusive setting.
